New Amenity Wall in Westminster
While I have been door knocking and phoning residents in Westminster many locals have mentioned the Reid Highway. Resident concerns included illegal dumping, anti-social behaviour and noise pollution.
I am pleased that we have secured funding for an amenity wall as part of the WA Recovery Plan!
Thank you to the residents who gave their feedback through my survey about the need for improvements. I took your concerns directly to the Minister for Transport, Rita Saffioti to make the case for this project and why it is important to the community.
This amenity wall will reduce noise, enhance the amenity and create a better barrier between local streets and the Reid Highway.
